My role focuses on ensuring projects run efficiently and deliver exceptional value to clients. I oversee project operations, working closely with development and customer success teams to drive the creation of new features that align with both client requirements and our product vision. By continuously adapting our solutions to incorporate emerging technologies, market trends, and client feedback, I help ensure our offerings remain innovative, relevant, and impactful.
What do you enjoy most about working for Xactco?
I love the variety. Each project is unique, bringing fresh challenges and opportunities that keep my work exciting. I find it fascinating to explore how different businesses approach their goals and solve problems. Collaborating with clients across diverse industries allows me to gain new insights and broaden my knowledge with every project.
Which industries or organisations benefit most from Xactco’s solutions?
File13 can adapt to different industries, making it a great option for most businesses and most business requirements. If a client’s needs don’t align perfectly with the system, our in house development team steps in to customise the platform.
We also work closely with clients during implementation. We adjust the system to meet their goals as real data comes in and new use cases emerge. Some businesses want to keep existing processes, while others are open to change. We make sure File13 meets those needs and grows alongside their operations.

One example is a hospitality client where we built a custom dashboard for their operations. It helps the cleaning and maintenance teams stay connected and quickly address issues around the hotel. The dashboard also tracks room readiness in real time, improving communication and ensuring guests have a great experience.
In manufacturing, a pet food company has completed over 15,000 digital workflows using File13. By digitising their processes, they’ve improved quality control at every stage, from ingredient checks to final inspections. I love exploring Cape Town’s food scene and trying new restaurants. Asian cuisine is my favourite, so I’m always on the lookout for something unique.
