One of the most rewarding aspects over the past couple of years has been seeing how adaptable Xactco has been in various industry sectors. There are very few things in our daily lives that don't rely on deskless workers. These workers work unseen in the background but form part of often mission-critical processes. And that is one of the main objectives we try to address with Xactco: the various challenges that deskless workers face every day.

Understanding how to navigate these different environments, cultures, and workflows also keeps it exciting and certainly keeps us on our toes.

I really enjoy selling Xactco because I know we can add great value to the client. And we also by a hundredfold, make the work-life experience much better. We take past frustrations away and give them future joy.

From “Compliance” to a rename as “Xactco”,I thoroughly enjoyed working with this amazing  product as it is a totally different field.  Throughout the years I learnt about different industries from the Construction to Pest control to name a few ,and the client’s different specifications . I am totally motivated seeing the end user/device user being able to quickly learn / grow accustomed to the Xactco app and how it makes their work lighter. I am client facing and render a lot of support, this allows me to also learn with suggestion on how we can better the workflow. I can only see Xactco in the future being the leading brand.

Continuous improvements and innovations are being made daily by all within the team. We are exposed to so many different avenues of business and are able to see and appreciate the efforts, that deskless workers and the companies they belong to, do. Because of this, it is never a dull day at work. It is always a proud moment to know we have provided a product that is not only improving the lives of others daily work life but is also continuing to be worked on and improved to keep allowing for growth and opportunities worldwide. Being consistently challenged in what we can do and taking pride in what we provide makes the job I have feel even more rewarding.
